Hello fellow fashion lovers!
Today I bring you a look that is all Modcloth! Let’s jump right in.
Firstly, with fall approaching, many of you know we’re entering into prime House of Sequins territory! Cardigan territory!
This Textured Touch Cardi (I’m wearing it in size small) is warm and fuzzy on the outside, and makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside 😊 Okay sorry that was a little cheesy–but kind of true!! I love this cardigan and find that, while it is very unique, it’s also very versatile, too.
It’s classy and conservative enough to throw on over a dress, but can also play up your favorite cami + denim combo.
For this look I give you an example of the cami + denim route in Modcloth’s Daily Luxe Lace Trim Camisole(only $19!) and their On A Roller Derby Skinny Jeans. The cami being a staple item goes without saying and comes in black and burgundy, too. Being mostly rayon with a bit of spandex, the cami is breathable with a nice stretch, and doesn’t look silky as many lace-trimmed camis do.
I really like the stretch and high-rise fit of these jeans (they are super stretchy, with a feel of almost jeggings) however I will warn you, there’s no pockets! I personally miss the fact that there aren’t pockets, but see the benefit of the resulting slim and sleek fit. Plus… they’re only $55! *shoulder shrug*
Okay so we have our jeans, cami, and cardigan–what do we need to make this a full look? The right accessories 😍
If you’re someone who likes to throw their entire life into their bag before heading out for the day, this Prowl Patrol Canvas Bag might be the bag for you! Large and durable enough to carry my laptop and DSLR camera, this bag is functional, and most importantly, leopard print! I really can’t stay away from the animal prints this year.
Modcloth carries Brixton hats, which are most of mine, so I snagged this woolen brown one for 59 bucks, and it’s now my dry shampoo’s biggest competition.
