During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I think that everyone who shops it finds that one key item that they didn’t know they needed in their life and now they can’t live without it. Well, I definitely found that one item and it is the Leith Ruched Body-Con Tank Dress. I have it in three colors: Grey Cloudy Heather, Green Wood Heather, and Burgundy Stem. This dress only retails for $56, which I think is still a steal, even after the Nordstrom Sale ended. Also, it comes in 13 different colors! Yes, 13!
I love the ruching at the one side, because it gives this otherwise simple dress, a bit of interest. It also has the softest texture and is so easy to wear. While this is a more body-con dress, it has a relaxed fit, so you don’t have to worry about this dress making you super uncomfortable, or it being too tight. It is still a great everyday dress, that I can easily pair with a cardigan and some wedges. Also, I am already planning to wear it during the fall time. I think it will look great with a leather jacket, some tights and a pair of booties, for a warmer look.
I have styled this dress in the three colors I have with my favorite Free People Knit Cardigan. I like to pair them with this ivory color because it makes the darker color of the dress pop. To style it up and make the dress look chicer, I always wore a nice necklace, like my Gorjana Cayne Crescent Pendant Necklace. I think any longer necklace, or even a layered necklace look would be perfect for this dress!
The options are really endless when styling this Leith Tank Dress. I know I will get so much use out of it, whether I have to run errands, or go to a nice dinner. It is such a versatile piece, which is how I prefer to shop for my wardrobe.
